the electric wafer type neutral line butterfly valve adopts an integrated structure. it can be connected to 220v ac power supply to control the operation. it can also be added to the control module to input control signals (4-20ma dc or 1-5v dc) for regulation and control. the valve has the advantages of strong function, small volume, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity. it is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, containing particles and fibers. the valve plate plus soft seal (rubber ring, ptfe ring) can be selected to reduce leakage (up to 0.01%), and the three eccentric hard seal valve body can be selected under high temperature and high pressure conditions. it is widely used in industrial process automatic control systems in food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, paper making, electric power and other industries.
product features
1. electric opening and closing, with arbitrary adjustment, check and cut-off functions, is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
2. the flow resistance is small. when the valve is fully opened, the flow resistance coefficient does not exceed 0.3.
3. in case of accident or power failure, the opening and closing of butterfly valve can be controlled by manual operation.
4. it can continuously realize the action of slow opening, fast opening, fast closing and slow closing, and effectively prevent the backflow of medium at the pump outlet and the generation of water hammer.
5. energy saving driving the same drive motor as the common butterfly valve can realize the functions of high-speed small torque in the fast closing section and large torque in the slow closing section.
