pneumatic stainless steel fixed ball valve can be equipped with valve positioner input control signal (4-20madc or 1-5vdc) air source to control operation. the pneumatic ball valve can also be equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, triple piece and 0.4-0.7mpa air source to realize switching operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. widely used in automatic control systems in papermaking, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, environmental protection, petroleum, light industry and other industrial sectors.

1. small fluid resistance, ball valve is one of all valves with the smallest fluid resistance, even the reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.
2. the thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.
3. the valve seat has good sealing performance. the sealing ring made of elastic materials such as ptfe is easy to seal in structure, and the sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
4. the valve stem is sealed reliably. because the valve stem only moves in imitation rotation and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
5. since ptfe and other materials have good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the ball valve is long.
6. the bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex step on the head of the valve stem prevent the valve stem from being ejected. if the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, the convex step and the valve body can also form metal contact to ensure the valve stem seal.
7. anti-static function: a spring is set between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.
